The product is great for the price and easy to assemble. However, if I could rate the delivery service, it wouldn’t get high marks. If it weren't for a message, I wouldn't have known it was delivered. They left the product in front of the garage, which can't be seen from the front porch, so anyone could have taken it. There was no picture showing where it was left, and the box was extremely heavy to bring inside.

This summer, we revamped four outdoor spaces, which involved purchasing a variety of furniture sets. Among all the furniture we assembled, this particular set for the front patio stood out as the easiest to put together. Everything aligned perfectly, and the assembly process was straightforward. Although we had two people working on it, one person could have managed it alone. The resulting structure is very solid.

The cushions that came with the set are excellent and fit perfectly. This was the only set we purchased that included well-fitting covers, which was a pleasant surprise.

The packaging was exceptional, ensuring the furniture arrived without any scratches or damage. Unlike other brands and orders that often get dinged during shipping, this set arrived in pristine condition.

Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring we received the set promptly when we needed it quickly. Overall, this was the best furniture set we bought, surpassing our expectations in every aspect.

One review mentioned the cushions were slippery and could slide off, but carpet tape worked like a charm to stop them from moving. In use, they were super sturdy and didn't wobble. The wicker material seems good, though I haven't used it long enough to say it's the best.

I had a couple of wicker patio chairs that were pretty decent, but I was on the hunt for something that would not only match but also give me more seating for when I have people over. Well, I found this set, and it's a perfect match! Plus, it's super sturdy once you put it together and it looks great on the patio. It's really upped the comfort level too, offering an extra 4-5 seats and comes with an outdoor coffee table that, by some stroke of luck, matches my existing end table perfectly. Overall, it's a super attractive set that's great for hosting—plenty of room for everyone to sit and chill, set down their drinks, or even enjoy a central fire piece that adds both ambiance and warmth.

As a guy, I've gotta say, one of the highlights for me is the gray accent pillow that came with it. It adds just the right pop of color and makes it look like I actually know a thing or two about decorating, which, let's be honest, made my life easier since it was included in the set.

Putting it together was a breeze. It’s all metal frame construction and just uses one allen wrench along with a bunch of metal bolts and washers. I managed to get it assembled in about 30 minutes to an hour just by myself. It was straightforward and only needed a bit of time to make sure everything was set up tight and right. Considering what I paid, I’m really thrilled with how my patio has turned out and the whole vibe this set has helped create for me and my friends.

I got the package super fast, in just a week, and everything arrived together despite FedEx just dropping it off at my garage without a hello! One box had a small tear, but it didn't affect the product inside at all, which was packed securely.

There were some bits of Rattan falling out when I opened the box, but it was just some leftover bits from production, nothing serious. The instructions were easy to follow thanks to clear pictures—I'm not big on reading instructions, so that was perfect for me. All the parts were clearly labeled, and they even included a spare for each type of nut, bolt, and washer.

I decided to use a drill for assembly, even though they provided the tools. I went full "Tim the Toolman," although I did end up stripping two bolts because of it—they're tight though! The cushions puffed up immediately after unpacking, but they flatten a bit when you sit. I added some throw pillows for extra support and a pop of color. The seat height from the ground is about 17 inches now, and the overall height up to the armrest is 25.5 inches.

The material of the cushions feels like parachute fabric, has a slight pink tint outdoors, and is water-resistant. I added non-slip material under the cushions to keep them from sliding around. The Rattan is rubbery and flexible, a big plus since my last patio set cracked after three years. The height adjusters on the bottom are metal. They extend safely by about half an inch.

I live in a rainy area, so I kept the plastic from the packaging to wrap the cushions for extra water protection. It works like a charm—even tested it, and the cushions stayed dry!

Overall, I’m thrilled with this purchase. It’s a great product for the price, looks awesome, and I hope my positive experience isn’t just a fluke. Definitely recommend this product and the seller!
